These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Apex Freight Routing ("AFR") concerning your access to and use of our dispatch portal and logistical assessment tools.

1. Logistics Interface Use

By submitting freight data through our Dispatch Interface, you affirm that the payload dimensions, weight, and material classification are accurate. AFR reserves the right to reject any load tender that violates state or federal transportation regulations.

2. EDI Integration & Routing Data

Users granted access to our EDI 204 tendering endpoints must maintain standard cybersecurity protocols. Any unauthorized scraping of our load-to-truck ratio (LTR) algorithms is strictly prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or dispatch agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from preliminary routing assessments generated by this site.
